Terme Shipyard is the first and only shipyard in Samsun, established on a 85,000 m² site with 9,000 m² of indoor facilities. With an annual steel processing capacity of 14,000 tons, a strong team, and advanced machinery, the yard delivers newbuilding, repair, and outfitting projects with uncompromising quality.

Our infrastructure includes three slipways (22m × 130m, 26m × 150m, 16m × 110m), a 250m outfitting quay, and state-of-the-art CNC cutting machines (2.5m × 20m and 6.5m × 24.5m). Heavy lifting capacity is ensured by 2×50t, 2×15t, 3×10t, and 2×5t overhead cranes, along with 2×50t, 1×10t, and 4×15t portal cranes.

In addition, a 180t gantry crane is under construction, and a 40m × 200m dry dock project is planned to commence by the end of the year. Support equipment includes a 20t mobile crane, forklifts, a heavy-duty truck, a 150t block transporter, and a full range of welding technologies (MIG/MAG, submerged arc, and robotic welding systems).
